The founder initiated the free home-swapping activity for women on social media, creating group chats to assist participants in arranging their swaps. Within just three months, the initiative attracted 30,000 followers and facilitated over 2,000 home exchanges.

However, relying heavily on social media has presented several challenges. The absence of a standardized and official process for organizing home swaps has raised safety concerns. Additionally, the dependence on social media makes it easier to lose customers, as the platform lacks dedicated infrastructure to retain user engagement.

We chose to build our platform as a WeChat Mini Program(Chinese Social media), as it provides the most accessible way to convert social media followers into dedicated platform users.
In 8 weeks, I conducted a thorough competitor analysis and collaborated closely with the PM to deliver wireframes and Hi-fi prototypes.
